TekCreations – Website Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tekcreations.space (“Website”) and all purchase and delivery services provided by TekCreations. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Website

1.1 The Website allows you to browse and purchase hardware products offered for sale (“Products”). Access to the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 The Website is operated by TekCreations. By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

1.3 TekCreations may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms by using or remaining on the Website. You may also accept these Terms by selecting an on-screen option indicating your agreement.

3. Registration

3.1 To use certain services, you may be required to register an account. Registration may require providing accurate and current personal information, including:

• Email address
• Username
• Mailing address
• Password

3.2 You warrant that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3.3 Upon registration, you become a Website member (“Member”) and may access purchase services.

3.4 You must not register or use the Website if:

• You are legally incapable of entering a binding contract; or
• You are prohibited from using the Website under the laws of Australia or your local jurisdiction.

4. Member Obligations

As a Member, you agree to:

• Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login details.
• Notify TekCreations of any unauthorised account access.
• Not engage in data scraping, automated use, or unauthorised linking.
• Not use the Website for unsolicited communications or commercial advertising.

TekCreations may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these obligations.

5. Purchase of Products and Returns

5.1 Prices displayed on the Website are payable at checkout (“Purchase Price”).

5.2 Payment is processed through third-party providers such as PayPal. Your use of these providers is subject to their own terms.

5.3 Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation of your order.

5.4 Order Cancellations

• If production has not commenced, TekCreations may offer a full refund.
• If production has commenced, TekCreations may offer up to a 75% refund.
• If the Product is fully produced, TekCreations may offer up to a 50% refund.
• Once shipped, no refund is available except as required under clause 5.5.

5.5 Change of Mind Returns

TekCreations may, at its discretion, accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the packaging is unopened and the Product is in saleable condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Warranty

6.1 Statutory Rights (Australian Customers Only)

Australian customers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These rights apply in addition to this Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. Nothing in this clause limits ACL rights.

6.2 Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty (Personal Use Only)

TekCreations provides a 4-week Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date the Product is received, covering early-life material or workmanship defects.

This warranty applies only to personal, non-commercial home use. Products used in commercial, instructional, simulator-centre, or business environments are not covered.

6.3 What the Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to defects that:

• existed at manufacture;
• prevent normal operation;
• appear within the 4-week period; and
• occur when used as supplied.

6.4 What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• any commercial or business use;
• incorrect installation, wiring, soldering, or modification;
• altered firmware, software, or drivers;
• use with any third-party hardware or software;
• compatibility issues with other products or systems;
• overvoltage, polarity errors, or USB/power damage;
• cosmetic marks after first use;
• Products opened, modified, or repaired by others;
• damage during return transit; and
• End-of-Life (EOL) products seeking engineering or integration support.

6.5 Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, customers must:

• Email [email protected] within 4 weeks of receipt;
• Provide proof of purchase and evidence of the issue;
• Follow troubleshooting steps; and
• Return the Product if requested (return freight is the customer’s responsibility).

No Product may be returned without written confirmation.

6.6 Remedies

If a defect is confirmed, TekCreations may:

• repair the Product; or
• replace it with the same or equivalent model.

Refunds are provided only where required under ACL for Australian customers. Replacement of discontinued or EOL Products depends on stock availability.

6.7 Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not include:

• remote PC support;
• simulator integration;
• firmware modifications;
• rewiring help;
• third-party troubleshooting; or
• training or cockpit configuration assistance.

These are support services, not warranty obligations.

6.8 End-of-Life (EOL) Products

EOL means any product, version, revision, or generation no longer sold, supported, or advertised on the TekCreations Website.

EOL Products receive:

• basic guidance only;
• no firmware redevelopment;
• no engineering changes;
• no rewiring assistance;
• no compatibility troubleshooting; and
• replacement parts only if available.

Replacement parts supplied for EOL Products receive 6-month limited support. All other legacy components remain EOL.

7. Delivery

7.1 TekCreations uses third-party delivery providers (“Delivery Service Providers”).

7.2 TekCreations facilitates delivery arrangements but is not responsible for delays or performance of Delivery Service Providers.

7.3 Providing a tracking number constitutes proof of fulfilment by TekCreations.

7.4 If Products are lost or damaged:

• Contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to lodge a claim; and
• Notify TekCreations of the issue via email.

7.5 Estimated delivery times:

• International: 2–6 weeks
• Australia: 7–21 days

7.6 Buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. Refusal of a shipment does not entitle a refund.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned or licensed by TekCreations.

9. Cookies and tracking Technology

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, understand how visitors use our site, and deliver relevant advertising. By continuing to use this website, you consent to our use of these technologies as described below.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tracking scripts, and Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website.
