Apache AH-64 MPD (Multi-Purpose Display) Controller suitable for the upcoming DCSWORLD Apache Module and other sims.
This listing is for 2 DIY PCB Only Units. You will get 2 PCB’s, components already solderered on, a Brain Board and Cable to connect, 3mm acrylic and 1.6mm engraved buttons to assembl into the frame, and the 2 inset pieces engraved where the rotaries are. Upon ordering I will send an STL file (which I ask you not to share) for the frame for you to print yourself. You will need to have a printer with a bed size to support a 216mm x 216mm print. I cannot guarantee your printer calibration will work spot on of course, so you may need to do some post processing.
The unit is controlled via a 8pin cable that will extend out and plug into a “brain controller”, this controller can support up to 3 MPDs, with a single USB cable. The cable is straight out the back , or you can gently grab the connector bend 90degrees if you are mounting flat to your own controller.
The unit is a Hid Joystick device,and can be mapped in any game.
The device but won’t show up in Game Controllers in windows, but any game when in HID mode will work fine and detect it and the button presses.
