Bring your Apache sim cockpit to life with this detailed AH-64 Keyboard Unit Controller—designed for flight sim enthusiasts and DCS gamers alike.

This unit replicates the essential look and feel of the AH-64 KU, with a few intentional design updates:

• The numeric keypad features square buttons rather than round ones.

• The display area is slightly oversized, resulting in a 10mm top protrusion to better match the aesthetic.

• A rotary encoder is used in place of a potentiometer for improved tactile feedback and digital control.

Display Options
If you select the No Display version, the display cutout will be filled with a matte black acrylic insert for a clean, finished look.

Build Quality & Finish

• Buttons provide a solid tactile feel and audible click on press. Edges are left unpainted for a subtle, functional finish.

• The panel has a sleek matte black surface and measures 155mm x 134mm x 20mm.

• Rear mounting options include VESA 75 keyholes or M4 bolts through 4 corner holes—ideal for integration into a custom pit.

Functionality

• The keypad functions as a HID joystick, with each keypress registering as a joystick button.

• The rotary encoder sends inputs in both directions with each detent as joystick button presses.

• To use the display (if equipped), DCS-BIOS is required. (Note: Only compatible with DCS-Skunkworks; Setup support is not currently offered, but help is available via the community Discord.)
